Scheduling Note

Due to the lack of a quorom a the 26 Nov 2007 meeting, the SoCo committee met in a slightly abbreviated form before the Salon on 8 Dec instead.

Review Minutes

Minutes accepted as is.

Agenda Items

Council of Committees items from 8 Nov 2007

• Jan 13 will be a Meet and Greet Sunday between the services with some identification for committee members. Dove buttons were ordered to symbolize the SoCo committee.

• Jan 13th is also Rainbow Sunday. The Welcoming Congregation Committee will be doing something as part of the program.

• Position description and budget were requested. Forms from the Council of Committees and the Finance Committee were discussed with input from all attendees.

PORT

We will provide a $25 check to First Baptist Church for sugar, cream, coffee, and paper products. We provide tea. Our next PORT night is Sat 12 Jan 2008. Volunteers will be sought.

Peninsula Peace Project

Wed 12 Dec 2007 is the next meeting. This will be the first meeting after last month's organizational meeting which was attended by ~30 interested individuals.

Salon

The next Salon will be Sat 5 Jan 2008.

Social Concerns Sundays

The January movie will be Bush's Brain.
