On January 21st at 2pm at the Newport News Victory Arch the PeninsulaPeaceProject will be holding an observation where we will be reading Martin Luther King Jrs' speach "Beyond Vietnam" which he gave at the Riverside Church in New York City one year before his assassination.

At 6:30pm in Norfolk will be an event called a "Festival of Hope" at the Sacred Heart Church. The Church is located at 520 Graydon Ave on the corner of Princess Anne and Colonial. PeninsulaPeaceProject members are encouraged to attend and bring a salad. Details can be found at our yahoo group.
