Meeting Minutes of CROP

Review letter

Grace and Paul had prepared a letter to be sent to local churches requesting participation in the CROP walk. A variety of grammatical, conceptual, and layout suggestions were discussed.

Local Funding

Where the local funds should and would go was discussed. There was some question of whether donors could designate a local charity of their choice.

Call backs

Grace will filter through her database of churches and parcel out the list so that call backs can be made.

Other notes

Brenda will contact LINK to inform them of CROP.

Dave is almost done with the parade application.

The Warwick Suntrust Manager is more than happy for us to use his parking lot outside of bank hours.

Chris will copy the crop DVD for Lorene Colleta at Hilton Christian and anyone else that wants a copy.
