Yes ladies and gentlemen we are screaming fire in a crowded theater (earth being the theater). It's our shock and awe campaign to make you more aware. You can run (but you can't get off the planet), you can scream (but please don't because you will only add more CO2 to the atmosphere), you can learn about what's happening and what you can do about it (yes please, we heartly recommend that option).

Global warming is the observed increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and oceans in recent decades. The increased amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) (by the way, that's a CO2 molecule in our logo) and other greenhouse gases (GHGs) are the primary causes of the human-induced component of warming. They are released by the burning of fossil fuels, land clearing^? and agriculture^?, etc. and lead to an increase in the greenhouse effect.
