Our Team

Frank Sweeney, President, is a graduate of the University of Richmond with postgraduate training in law, criminal investigation, and insurance. An adjuster license issued by the North Carolina Department of Insurance is current. Virginia does not have a licensing provision. Career highlights include recognition as claims person of the year by the Hampton Claims Association in 1975 and 1976, by the Peninsula Claims Association in 1978, and the Virginia State Claims Association in 1978. Employment highlights include US Marine Corps Criminal Investigation Division; Security Director for a nationwide trucking company — Associated Transport Inc.; Assistant Vice President of Claims — American Underwriters Group/American Interinsurance Exchange; President — Crittenden Adjustment Company; and founder/President of CAC. Claims Administration/Management is a specialty spreading over 25 years and includes being a part of teams developing, maintaining, and/or critiquing self-insurance programs for the Cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach, the Professional Liability Programs for the Commonwealth of Virginia, MCV Physician, Tidewater Health Care and most recently, Sentara Healthcare. Frank is an active member in the American Society of Hospital Risk Management (ASHRM), as well as its Virginia and North Carolina Chapters, the Hampton Roads Claims Association, and Virginia State Claims Association.
